Over time, as your home’s exterior is exposed to the elements. Dirt, mould, algae, lichen and other organic growth appear and slowly start to damage paint work and other exterior surfaces. What starts as minor staining can eventually lead to expensive repairs and premature wear.
Regular exterior washing helps prevent:
> Premature paint fading, peeling, and surface deterioration
> Mould and moisture staining that can damage exterior materials
> Built-up grime and organic growth that reduce your home’s street appeal
> Long-term surface damage that may shorten the life of your exterior finishes
House washing is more than just improving appearance — it’s an important part of ongoing property maintenance. Routine cleaning helps protect your investment, maintain your home’s value, and keep your property looking fresh and well cared for year-round.
